| The Cohens Group has
grown from one shop at Rochdale in the
eighties to a chain which peaked at 150
plus. After a sale of 105 shops to
Lloyds at the end of last year, we now
have more than sixty pharmacies and are
still re-expanding. The group has
prospered using Cohens Chemists Caring
for the Community as our theme with the
emphasis on polite and efficient service
within the NHS. .Our pharmacies are many
and diverse but all have more than
adequate seating facilities and almost
all now have consultation rooms. The
internet pharmacy is another service
enabling us to bring pharmaceutical
service to the nation. We are
concentrating on the development of
pharmacy within the new contract with
its emphasis on patient involvement and
awareness. |
